Steven's Laminate Floors - Finished!

Recall from last time that the living room had been left with a few rows finished. Over a long weekend, I decided to just finish it myself. Since the room is just a big rectangle and there are no tricky cuts, I figured I'd be ok without Dave and Daniel.

Everything was going just great until I got to this patch of parquet just inside the front door.


The parquet came up easily, but wouldn't you know it? Our old friend linoleum was hiding underneath. So, 3 freakin' hours later, it was removed and I finished the last few rows.


The project is complete, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It makes me happy to come home to a nice clean floor rather than ugly carpet. I would highly recommend this as a good do-it-yourself project.
